Bought 2 shrubs from supermarket at the weekend, can they be planted now even tho its frosty.?

bought 2 shrubs from a supermarket at the weekend without knowing it was going to be this cold at night, can i plant them even tho its frosty or should i wait for it to warm up. if i wait how can i care for them
