Why is it ok if?

14 is a MINOR!!! she can not make mature decisions at all. same as if a 14 yr old boy and you are using woman loosely. she is a girl who may not even have a period yet, a child. 17 dating 23, not as big of a age differ first off, she is more mature to a point. but even then probably won't last. just an opinion but either way they are both against the law for logical reasons!
