How do you people feel about Eastern European whites?

White people are stereotyped for being rich, racist and for owning the whole world, and many of them are hated for that. So how do you all feel about whites living in Eastern Europe? (Poland, Hungary, Moldova, European Russia, and Ukraine) Those countries are significantly poorer than the rest of the "white" countries around the world, and obviously they don't own the whole world. Whether or not the are racist is questionable, as they haven't done much colonizing (except for Russia) and they are relatively geneous.
