The perfect life long diet?
Im looking for advice from people that actually know what they are talking about. Before I get started when I say diet im talking about my eating lifestyle, not just a short program. Anyways, I essentially want to cut out everything that is not essential for my survival and fitness and keeping the diet as natural and chemical free as possible. How do I do this? I want to optimize every meal so that it serves a specific purpose for my body. Essentially, I want and engineered diet, that is perfect in every way so that I can get stronger, and have as low of body fat as possible. Please give me a link, or your expert advice. Be detailed right down to the numbers on the percent daily values, and the chemicals to avoid and such.
