Whats the best way to get hair strong again?

Frequent (6-8 weeks) trims, and anti breakage shampoo and conditioner. My hair is fine and wavy and is prone to breakage and I use that. Works like a charm. Also leave in conditioner is your best friend and heat tools are your worst nightmare (if used every day)

What is the basis for fines given to those that refuse to be scanned or patted down?

I can understand a fine if a person goes to an airport and becomes disruptive to the screening system. I don't see the basis for a fine for someone who just agrees to walk away. I'd love to see that lawsuit.

My 5.5 month old male cat is persistently asking to go outside...?

He just has to get used to not going out anymore. It usually takes about 2 weeks maybe a month at the most. But one thing if your gonna keep him indoors only then do not let him at all. Cats are very regimented in their ways whatever there used to thats what they want to do. If he's used to going out he'll want to go out. But you can break this you just have to stick to not letting him out at all. My cat was an outdoor cat for a year till I took him and made him indoor only. It took a little while but he got used to it eventually. Your vet is absolutely right about waiting to neuter him. They can do it younger but there is definitely a higher chance of something going wrong. My brother's cat was neutered at about 6 weeks old and died a week later from it so I wouldn't do it till at least 6 months to be safe.

Yes it does sound like you have dyslexia. You should consider getting tested for this disability, as there are things out there to help you. of this Jansen kid? Wow. he was a catcher last year. just became a pitcher last july he comes in the Big leagues yesterday, strikes out 2 (including Wright), has a 1-2-3 inning. now comes in today and gets his first save, in his second appearance ever. he throws 98 mph. just wow.....what do you think of him? i think he is going to come in and save our bullpen, which has been a mess lately. he has only thrown 2 innings and i like him as a closer better than Broxton.
