Help me i have a problem so ah...?

well i am a hypochondriac be prepared for some exaggeration. i was putting on my shirt when my finger poked my nipple and well i was like :P haha as a joke then i felt that there was a very small lump behind my nipple. i am 14 and going threw puberty and that's what both my parents though it was. it is not sore, is noticeable and me as a hypochondriac i freaked out... any help. please don't just randomly blurt out anything serious inless you are sure
