Do you think i could get a business loan at 16?

I am only 16 but i am planning on going into Business With my dad, however because he went bankrupt a few years ago he cant get a Business loan. Would it be poss able for me to get one at such a young age without any qualifications. If it helps i live in the UK and im looking for roughly 30 grand.
