Is there anywhere i can go to meet singles with HPV?

Unfortunately, i've contracted HPV. I'm one of the lucky ones that doesn't have breakouts, but i still can't find a partner because of it. I find that most women find me at least semi-attractive and hold long conversations with me often citing that i'm a "nice guy". It's frequently stated that i shouldn't be single and i'm so polite, etc etc but when they find out i have HPV that all changes and i'm a horrible person and some diseased freak, even though something like 80% of the ually active population has it. I've also tried keeping it a "secret" for a while and after a few dates (and they get to know me as a person, not just a face) I'll let them know and they get all pissy and say i'm a horrible person for keeping something like that a secret and wasting their time. I feel like the toxic avenger or something. Nobody with it will cop to it unless they have warts all over their junk, and i don't want to date anybody like that. is there anywhere i can go to meet people like me?
