Is there a safe place for Dementia & Alzheimer's patients that can watch them for a week?

My mother has Dementia and early Alzheimer's and I have been watching here for more than a year and would like to take a week to go on a cruise but have no idea what to do hit her any suggestions? is there a temporary (week) place or some kind of person that would not charge much? PLEASE HELP ME?
