Is the Thermaltake Tide Water CL-W0052 liquid colling solution good for a GeForce 9800GTX VGA card?

I want to buy a coller for my VGA card and i found that tide water. Now i wonder is that a good solution for my VGA card or not? Sorry for my bad english, I'm from Croatia!
