so im sixteen and want to lose 80 lbs. i am not going to do no colon cleanse or no pillss none of that i want to lose it all natural okay so i need to know like without buying those special foods just eating regular food but i need to kno how i can lose weight it doesnt matter how long i jus really wanna lose weight. aand most of my weights on my stomach so how can i get rid of that ? any help will greatly be appreciated thank you soo much (:
