Miscarriage Question?

I have been pregnant 3 times and they all ended in mc. I have gone through extensive testing and all my dr could find wrong was my progesterone levels dropped each time. He prescribed me Crinone 8% gel and I have been taking it unsuccessfully for almost a year. My husband and I just found out that we were pregnant for the fourth time a few days ago. I started taking the gel immediately when I found out and the day after I started bleeding bright red. I just umed that I miscarried but by the end of that day the bleeding had stopped. The next day I only had very light bleeding which was dark. I went to the dr the day after I had started bleeding and was checked out. That night I started having some cramps and woke up later with extreme pain on my left side with some heavier bleeding, I called my dr and he said to take tylenol and if it got worse come to the ER. I am still bleeding but not as heavy as my period and it is darker. I took a pregnancy test and it was still a strong positive. I just want to know if anyone else has been taking this gel and if it affected anyone else? Also, what does it mean when you have a pos test but your still bleeding with cramps? I know I have to talk with my dr but I would like some incite on this from a woman. Anything is helpful. Thanks
