Remove Security Tool help Please?

i don't know what level I have and i have no idea how to get it removed. i was a following a video on youtube that said i had to at one point go to "my computer" click "tools" and go to "folder options" but "folder options" doesn't appear when i place the cursor over "tools" i don't know what to do, this is my mom's work computer and i really don't want it to get ruined. does anyone know how to remove this virus in the easiest way possible, i am not the most computer literate.
