Which handgun should I choose?

I would say out of your list i would go with the springfield XD. I was looking at that one myself. Alot of people on hear swear by their glocks. For what its worth when i was in this situation myself recently i was also looking at the taurus 24/7 because it offered a manual slide thumb safety but when i found out it was made in brazil that was a turn off. I have been told if the thumb safety is a concern for you like it was for me that yo can find it on the springfield armory website i believe you can only get it with the 45 caliber though. I myself went with the FNH FNP 40 caliber and i could not be any happier with it. It has the manual thumb safety on it, its ambidextrous, has a deer and i like the capacity its 14+1 and it has very little recoil on it. I thought it might be too much for my wife to shoot shes five foot three and one hundred twenty pounds and she handles it just fine. I hope this helps
