If its not food or debris than you shouldn't be concern. Its a fibrogen clot forming and your socket is under going secondary healing. Unlike your skin which forms a reddish brown clot on the outside of your body the clot that forms in your mouth is white. Please do not remove the clot because you may get a dry socket which is very painful.
