Had surg now what?

I had in my wrist what they thought was a cyst but ended up being tumor... Not cancerous thank god. I am not supose 2 work 4 6wks. I started back 2 work 4 days later totally bored!! Can I do any damage 2 my wrist?? I didn't think so but not 2 sure! I couldn't take anymore movies, re runs, or anymore t.v.! I had 2 go back 2 work.. My job is not strenuous! I do accounting so I will be cool right?
